Jain Deemed-to-be University, Kochi, has been honored with the prestigious ‘CHALK 2026’ State-Level Award for the Best Inclusive College. The award recognizes the university’s exemplary commitment to promoting inclusive education and creating an accessible, supportive learning environment for students of all abilities. The ceremony was held at the Jain University campus in Kochi.
The accolade was presented during the ‘CHALK 2026′ State-Level Teachers’ Conference, jointly organized by Prayatna Child Development Centre and Jain Deemed-to-be University, in collaboration with the Institute for Autism and Behavioral Therapy and the Bridge Beyond Foundation. The university management received the award in the presence of Chief Guest Uma Thomas MLA, alongside Dr. Joseph Sunny Kunnassery, Founder and Chairman of Prayatna, and other prominent academic personalities.
